Independence Hall Clubhouse Grand Opening Event

Schell Brothers would like to invite you to Experience the Difference at Independence, its new Active Adult Community just minutes from the beach. On August 2nd from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., come join the Schell Brothers team as we celebrate the grand opening of the 24,000 square foot clubhouse, known as Independence Hall. Guests at the event will enjoy free massages and fun activities including art displays, yoga, ballroom dancing, square dancing, a live band, and martial arts demonstrations. Prize giveways will be offered every fifteen minutes from 12-4p.m., including drawings for restaurant and store gift certificates, furniture, grills, gift baskets, and more.
Independence Hall is fully equipped with an indoor lap and aerobics pool, a grand fitness center, yoga studio, massage rooms, a conference room, computer center, lounge, and grand ballroom. Residents will also have access to a card room, billiards hall, art studio and much more, with classes and events managed by a full time activities director! If you are looking to maintain an active lifestyle, or hoping to relax in style, you will find it easy to engage in your favorite hobbies and develop new ones at Independence.
